* Natural extra virgin olive oil is produced from the olive fruit picked from the tree branches. Riviera olive oil is produced from olives that fall under the tree.
* Extra Virgin Olive Oil is taken to the factory and produced by using just physical methods on the same day that it is picked from tree branches. Refined olive oil is produced by the olives picked from the bottom of the tree. Required extent of extra virgin olive oil is added in it for refining. So that the vitamins and minerals that are partially lost during the refining process are added back to the oil.
* Extra Virgin Olive Oil has more vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than refined olive oil.
